The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed at FWapparel.com. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Any personal information you provide us will only be used to complete your order, unless otherwise specified. We will not use your information in any other way unless you have specifically given us permission to do so. Your information will not be shared with third parties. FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside of FW Apparel’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, The Faction Collective will be released from all obligations to fulfil contractual agreements.

PAYMENT

All products remain the property of FW Apparel until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognised before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, an exchange for a product(s) of equal or higher value will be offered, alternatively the customer may opt for a full refund instead.

All payments made on FWapparel.com are handled by third party dedicated gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payment information is handled over SSL encryption.

For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. Local charges (i.e. customs duty, etc.) may apply however, depending on your region, and these additional charges are at your own expense. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Using FWapparel.com gives you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any content from FWapparel.com can only be reproduced or distributed with permission from The Faction Collective.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

FW Apparel reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, The Faction Collective has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
